① Office Staff (Full-time or Part-time)
Job description
Patent data OA processing, patent report editing, etc.
Those who are eligible
Up to approximately 35 years old; four-year university degree or higher (new graduates and those with some work experience are welcome)
Patent database operations, data processing using Excel (functions, pivot tables, macros, graph creation, etc.)
Document editing using Word and PowerPoint
Excel, Word, PowerPoint intermediate or above
Candidates with strong OA (Office Automation) skills and experience in patent practice in science and engineering fields will be given preferential treatment.

2F, Suzuki Building, 2-3-13 Kanda Surugadai, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo
Working hours
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (negotiable)
Salary
Full-time employees are paid an annual salary (determined based on age, experience, and abilities).
Part-time work is paid by the hour.
Compensation and benefits
Full reimbursement of transportation expenses, social insurance, in-house training program.
Holidays and vacations
Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, New Year's holidays, and summer holidays
② Patent Liaison (Full-time or contract employee)
Job description
Practical tasks in patent searching: meetings, searches, coordination with patent reviewers, report writing, etc.
Those who are eligible
Graduate of a science and engineering university (electrical engineering, chemistry)
Candidates with corporate intellectual property experience are preferred (experience in research and development is a plus).
Ability to peer review English-language patent publications.

Working hours
9:00～18:00
Salary
Annual salary system (determined based on age, experience, and abilities)
There is a trial period (3 months).

③ Patent Review Staff (Piece-based pay, remote work)
Job description
Patent document peer review, acceptance/rejection decision, and technical classification.
Those who are eligible
Graduate of a science and engineering university (electronic components, electronic devices, power supply circuits, electronic materials).
Applicants must have research and development experience, the ability to review English patent publications, and the perseverance to read a large volume of literature. Candidates with patent search experience will be given special consideration.
